It worked for the first couple of times, but after that, the antibody seems to have lost activity, since I cannot detect it anymore, on WBs or even on IHC. The western blot data on our website was generated under reduced and denatured conditions. The antibody may also be suitable for native WB, but we have not validated this in house.
