It was such a lovely book and the author was such a beautiful soul, may she rest in peace. As a single mother, I'm hyper critical of myself and this book certainly gave you some great tips to be kinder to yourself. I highly recommend almost anything by Louise Hay, although, I've never made it through all of her books.
LOVED this book. It really resonated with me and has a lot of practical advice. I've heard a lot about doing affirmations but never really gave it much thought. I look forward to creating some affirmations and seeing how they work for me in the future. View 1 comment.
