I'm a full-time novelist currently working on a six-book paranormal romance series called The Darkwing Chronicles. The series depicts the very sexy adventures of a contemporary vampire spy. I have always been intrigued by vampires, beginning when I first encountered Bram Stoker's Dracula as a teen.
The delicious thrills of that book turned to real fear when I first saw the classic film Nosferatu. And that's when my imagination went to work about what if To me, writing is an obsession, not a profession. I began writing as a child and have never stopped. For many years, I made my living as a professional copywriter, but even then I always wrote stories, mostly ones that brought my dreams to life.
Now, to relieve the very solitary existence of being a writer, I am also a certified personal property appraiser and operate an antique barn on my farm in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania.
