De fapt sunt cartile copilariei mele, caci le-am citit in total de vreo ori pe fiecare in parte. Tin minte ca intr-o vara le-am citit de doua ori cap la cap. Ceea ce e foarte atragator la Ciresarii e ca fiecare volum are un aer aparte, te transporta intr-o alta lume decat volumul precedent. Rezumat atmosferic: Volumul 1: Cavalerii florii de cires Captivanta descriere a liceului cu ceas.

Introducerea exemplara a personajelor. Orgoliul gi Imi aduc aminte cu mare drag de Ciresarii. Dan, un fel de Jonah Hill cu limbaj mai cuminte. Maria, sentimental-epatanta de-ti vine sa-i scoti paiul din fund cu ajutorul unui Lucia Lucida blonda, ascunzand un suflet mare in spatele exteriorului de gheata, iar Victor, part Sherlock Holmes, part Patapievici care ne da lectii de fizica, geologie si logica analizand conserve uitate prin pesteri si actionand ca un adevarat Lider Maximo, dar totusi umil Ionel, increzutul sentimental cu dorinte de marire Petrachescu vanatorul libidinos cu barca lui de cauciuc.

Volumul 2: Castelul fetei in alb Favoritul meu. Reconstituirea lui Tic si a mesajului de la fata in alb zici ca e o calatorie initiatica. Si apoi intra in scena Sherlock Victor. Misterul documentului si descifrarea lui sunt printre cele mai epice calatorii intelectuale ale copilariei.

Varful bisericii care arata in August nu stiu ce culme a unui munte, apoi cade raza soarelui in unghiul X cand Dan se odihnea dupa febra musculara si Victor deduce genial intrarea un tunelul groazei. Viperele care se tarasc pe marmura prafuita.

Tic si drama lui cu Fata in alb care plictiseste amarnic de interesant cu stilul ei hipersensibil. Finalul, epic si trist cu Tic tanjind dupa fata in alb care nu avea ochi decat pt Victor. Volumul 3: Roata Norocului Exciting. Iar tot felul de mistere de descifrat. Tipul de la Roata Norocului, personaj fascinant. Tanagralele, discobolul. Cocosul care-l tortureaza pe Dan. Dialogul insomniacilor Tic si Dan.

Volumul are un aer mai urban, mai degraba ne distram alaturi de personaje, pericolele nu sunt asa de mari. E un volum de "tranzitie" daca vrei intre miticul Castel in Alb si horror-ul psihologic din Aripi de Zapada. Volumul 4: Aripi de Zapada Extraordinar volum. Mai ales Iordan, personaj extraordinar de fascinant, un fel de Evil Victor care te termina psihologic prin deductii rafinate, iar apoi scoate pistolul. Ursu -Superman 3. Tic strengarul curajos fugind cu carnatii dupa el. Dan lovit de soarta, ingrijit de Maria aka "Fiori".

Volumul are un aer de thriller. Foarte original, s-ar putea face oricand un film misto cu un scenariu modern. Volumul 5: Drum bun ciresari Numai cand ii citesti titlul te apuca disperarea. Drumul catre mare. Operatiunea Tic-Recuperatorul. Povestile marinarilor. Marea ia proportii mitice. Ursu Superman 4 salveaza pe toata lumea de la tot.

Scenele excelente din Delta cu tortura prin La Gorgan, gasitul margeanului. Intalnirea Maria-barbatul. Volumul ia proportii mistice aproape cu mormantul lui Ovidiu, cea mai tare lovitura de teatru, facand legatura dintre Ciresarii nostrii si Antichitatea Nemuritoare. I figured it was only fair to give them a try since she so graciously accepted to read so many of my favorite books when I was little Chronicles of Narnia, The Seer and the Sword. I am surprised I could find this series on this site, but I only read the first four novels. I didn't have time to get started the fifth one, but even if I did have time, I'm not sure I would read it. Not because I didn I don't usually read in Romanian, but my mom loved loved, loved this series when she was my age.

Not because I didn't like the story, but the writing style is weird, and it uses words from jargon that I have to look up. All four novels revolve around seven teenagers. It's difficult to juggle so many character and give them each a solid personality, but I thought the author managed it pretty well.

He never delved too deep, but they each seemed to have a certain quirk. For example, Victor was the most mature of the group and Tic was the tiny one who always seemed excited. Lucia was the drama queen, and Maria was the practical one. These teens go through a whole bunch of adventures. In the first book they explore a cave on unchartered land and in the second they stumble upon a castle that seems to be the home of a girl dressed in white.

The third book was the one with the least action; the kids try to solve a mystery with a wheel of fortune, and though their thought process is interesting, the repetition gets to be a bit exhausting.

At one point I just wanted to smack them all and say "yes, I know that already. You said it five times in the last chapter. Move on, please! The analytical part of me often questioned how they managed to get into these predicaments without their parents having them placed under house arrest. But these books were written for fun, during a depressing time in Romanian history.

And it was fun, so I think I got the point of the novels. Even though there are four seperate novels, they've sort of all mushed together in my brain.
