DNA sequence polymorphism analysis using DnaSP.
Use DnaSP to estimate molecular evolutonary genetics parameters for two data sets. Among these characteristics are: nucleotide diversity pi , average number of nucleotide differences k , haplotype diversity, codon usage bias, and whether or not there is evidence of natural selection.
