MP is the paper tray - so removed paper stack. E is the back flap and there is no jam there either. Driving me mad as I have stack of printing to do. Please help me people. Thank You. Sally Ann. Respond to this. When you click print, look into the paper tray and see if the pickup roller turns, chances are it won't.
There is a small metal flap in front of the pickup roller, sometimes this bends and can stop the roller from turning. You might be lucky and be able to fiddle with this and get the roller free again.

How would I go about getting a 'solonoid' fixed?? Regards Sally Ann. Think its sorted. Boss just put his hand to back of tray and 'forced' the roller round and heard a click of the metal flap.
