Working with Named Destination
Creating PDF bookmarks is relatively easy—just go to the page you'd like to bookmark, select text and press Ctrl-B Command-B under Mac and the new bookmark will appear in the Bookmark Tab. Destinations window is hidden by default. To display it, check Navigation Panels - Destinations from Adobe Acrobat View menu, or just right click on the Navigation Panel as shown in the picture below.
