Mar 11, Jared Busch rated it it was ok. Unfortunately, it is a necessity to study this book because Kremkau writes questions for the Ultrasound Physics registries. The man is a master of making somewhat simple concepts as convoluted as possible. I've heard that the key to passing the registry is knowing BOTH books inside and out.
